How a leader sets it up
An afternoon, not a project.
Create the camp
Install Bondfires, go Pro, and create a private camp. Name it what your group already calls itself. Private camps are invite-only; nobody finds them by browsing.
Share one link
Send the invite link to your group chat or email list. Members install the free app, tap the link, and land in the camp. That’s the whole onboarding.
Spark the first Bondfire
Record the first Bondfire: a question from your last meeting, a check-in prompt, something you’ve been sitting with. The first response usually arrives within a day.
Set a rhythm
Groups that thrive spark once a week. Set a response length limit for your camp if you want replies kept tight, or leave it open. The Ember Rail shows everyone who has answered and who hasn’t, so nobody has to chase.
Members pay nothing
One leader on Pro covers the camp. Everyone else joins, watches, and responds on the free tier. No one is asked for a card to be part of your group.
Private means private
Videos are visible only to camp members. No public profiles, no discoverability for private camps, no ads. What is shared in the camp stays in the camp.
You stay in charge
Approve members, remove them, set camp rules and response limits. Report tooling and moderation are built in, and safety reports reach us the same day.
