Welcome to Bondfires. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bondfires mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using Bondfires, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using Bondfires, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bondfires is an asynchronous video-based platform designed to help men build meaningful connections through thoughtful, time-shifted conversations. The Service allows users to:

• Record and share video posts ("Bondfires")
• Respond to other users' Bondfires with video responses
• Participate in asynchronous conversations with other members
• Connect with like-minded men in a secure, private environment

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Bondfires. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Accounts

Account Creation

To use Bondfires, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Security

You're responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms the community.

5. User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of all videos and content you create and share on Bondfires ("Your Content"). By sharing Your Content on Bondfires, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Content Standards

You agree not to share content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on the rights of others (including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights)
• Is harassing, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory
• Is pornographic, sexually explicit, or contains nudity
• Promotes violence, illegal activities, or harm to others
• Contains spam, malware, or other malicious content
• Impersonates others or misrepresents your identity

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these standards.

In addition to these Terms, you agree to comply with our Community Guidelines, which establish expectations for respectful, authentic engagement within the Bondfires community. Violations of the Community Guidelines may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts

10. Fees and Payment

Bondfires offers a free core platform. We may offer optional premium features or subscriptions in the future. If you choose to purchase premium features, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

11. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the app settings.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful behavior, or if we determine it's necessary to protect the Service or other users.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and associated content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BONDFIRES AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bondfires and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

If you have a dispute with Bondfires, we encourage you to contact us first to try to resolve it informally.
