Our commitment to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation on our platform
Our Commitment
Bondfires has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Protecting children is a paramount priority, and we are committed to preventing the creation, distribution, and consumption of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on our platform.
Policy Overview
- Zero Tolerance: We strictly prohibit any content that sexually exploits or endangers children, including CSAM, grooming behavior, or any sexualized content involving minors
- Age Requirement: Bondfires is exclusively for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or access our platform
- Proactive Detection: We employ measures to detect and remove CSAE content from our platform
- Swift Removal: Any identified CSAE content is immediately removed and reported to the appropriate authorities
Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following content and behavior is strictly prohibited on Bondfires:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
- Sexualized content involving minors, including illustrated or digitally generated content
- Grooming behavior or attempts to solicit minors
- Sharing, requesting, or distributing CSAM
- Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers children
- Links to external sites containing CSAM or child exploitation content
Reporting to Authorities
When we become aware of apparent CSAM or child exploitation on our platform, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through their CyberTipline, as required by U.S. federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A). We also cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies investigating crimes against children.
We preserve relevant evidence and account information as required by law and provide this information to law enforcement upon valid legal request.
How to Report Child Safety Concerns
If you encounter any content or behavior on Bondfires that you believe exploits or endangers children, please report it immediately:
- In-App: Use the report feature within the app to flag concerning content
- Email: Contact us directly at [email protected]
- NCMEC CyberTipline: You can also report directly to NCMEC's CyberTipline
All reports of potential CSAE are treated with the utmost seriousness and urgency. We review these reports as a priority and take immediate action when necessary.
Consequences for Violations
Any user found to be sharing, distributing, or possessing CSAM, or engaging in grooming or exploitation of minors, will face:
- Immediate and permanent account termination
- Reporting to NCMEC and relevant law enforcement authorities
- Preservation of evidence for law enforcement investigation
We do not provide warnings for CSAE violations. Any violation results in immediate action.
